How I Can Help
My services are best described as those tasks which an adult child would do to help a parent, including: downsizing and finding long-term living arrangements; bill pay; attend medical appointments and manage follow-up care; well-being checks; manage caregiver issues; help reinstate Medicaid benefits; assist with applying for Veteran's benefits, and oversee smooth transitions out of the hospital. I have the added experience and network of elder care resources to develop and manage goal-oriented plans to resolve complex non-medical issues, as well as assist Power of Attorney agents with their duties. My care philosophy emphasizes the importance I place on my client’s wishes, lifestyle, rights, values and goals.

Why I Became a Professional Healthcare Advocate
I built my company out of my passion for helping and protecting older adults to ensure they live the best life possible. I have volunteered with at-risk children and adults for thirty years. As a care manager, I intervened on a client's behalf to stop the abuse she had endured by her adult daughters. I held my client's hand at the end of her life when her only child would not visit. I reunited a client with his estranged sibling and son prior to his passing. I help exhausted caregivers find resources to give them respite. I also learn a great deal from sitting quietly with clients and listening to them. Every experience I've had helping people reaffirms that this work is my purpose and I am exactly where I need to be.
