About GNA – Disclaimer
This website was created by Greater National Advocates Inc. (hereinafter “GNA”).  GNA is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt nonprofit private foundation incorporated in the State of Illinois on May 16, 2017.  The GNA mission is to promote Patient Advocacy on a national level and provide the public with access to qualified Patient Advocates.  This form is designed to encourage Patient Advocates to provide their professional biographical information to become listed in the GNA national Patient Advocate directory which is scheduled to launch in 2018.  In the meantime, Patient Advocacy leaders in cities across the country are helping as we rally advocates to sign up. GNA is not charging advocates anything to be listed in the directory and there is no membership fee.  Instead, GNA is relying on funding from philanthropic organizations, private foundations and corporate donors in order to achieve its mission.

GNA Privacy Policy:
Greater National Advocates Inc. (hereinafter “GNA”) will publish the name, likeness, credentials and biographical information submitted by the Patient Advocates who choose to be listed in the online directory but GNA will never give or sell any contact information to third parties.
